The complete Asian cookbook
Absolute must have book. This is my reference book for most things Asian. All of the recipes in here work and I've cooked most of them. I have used this book for about 15 years and swear by it . The Rendang Daging is one of my favorites also worth trying is the Rogan Josh .....and every other recipe. Excellent book.
Unable to use it on iBooks
The book no longer works on iBooks ! Can you please fix it or refund! Thx
Doesn't quite cut it as an ebook...
This is the ePub version of the excellent print version. It totally fails in its lack of a proper index. Although it could be updated, the authors seem to be uninterested in putting in any effort. As such it comes across as a bit of a money grab. I am disappointed.
