The Ex Talk
I love a good enemies to lovers trope and this one had a bit of fake dating, but in reverse?? Fake exes? It wasn’t my favourite but it had that banter and angst you get from battling it out with with your nemesis at work that is (of course) also super hot.
I liked the diversity of the characters, there were a lot of POC and queer people throughout the whole story (just like real life! Shock horror!!)
CN for grief and death of a parent. While the actual death happened off page, it was brought up quite a bit and was woven through the story.
Single POV, low/med spice, 18+
