Life changing

I wasn't even halfway through this book before I knew, after years of searching, that I had finally found the answer. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was finally going to not only lose all the weight this time, but keep it off. So far I am 47kg down. I still have a way to go, but is am past halfway. 😊

Dr Jason Fung explains, in very easy to understand terms, how the body works and how weight gain, and yoyo dieting (how I got to the size I did) is hormone driven caused by bad diet and eating too frequently.

If you are struggling to lose weight, please read this book. I wish everyone had this knowledge. Intermittent fasting is easy to do, and it works! An absolute must read! 💗

Great information

I thought I knew a fair bit about diets and nutrition, but this book goes so far beyond it. Easy to read, and easy to put into practice. I have already seen success after 2 weeks.

Excellent source to bust diet myths

Well-written and easy to read discussion on the western diet and the obesity epidemic. If you're interested in biology, and the history of nutrition, this is a great read.
