The book is Real
I love this book so much so it is real and understandable for most of our circumstances. There is no rainbow without rain. It is not how to force urself to be positive, it is how to accept, learn & go thru it so at the end you can feel the sweetness of life. Life is beautiful but it takes the right technique to learn how to know, realise & love it. And this book will teach u how (so real)
Easy reading but great help
I really enjoyed this book. It isn't a typical self help book. It is more holistic yet simple. The tips are so effective and have really changed my every day life. If I stick with it.
