Story Summary:
Ann the Giraffe is at the beach. She hopes to catch and sell some fish. An octopus sees her fishing hook and plays a trick on her. He attaches the hook to a big shell and hides inside the shell. When Ann pulls out the shell, she is delighted. The octopus fears Ann will sell the shell with him in it. But Ann is frightened by the octopus, who takes Ann’s sheet and settles in the sea shell.
