The Tears You'll Never Cry (a poem for mourning the loss of a child‪)‬

"I would give up my every breath,
if I were able to,
for just one second of the time
I'd thought I'd have with you.

Left wishing for that moment,
one more chance to say goodbye.
Left, alone, to shed for you
the tears you'll never cry.

No more skinned knees or lost balloons
or wishes not come true..."
