Ukolov v. Barnhart

Marc A. Ukolov appeals the district courts judgment affirming the Commissioner of Social Security Administrations (Commissioner) denial of his applications for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act and supplemental security income under Title XVI of the Social Security Act. Because we conclude that Ukolov failed to establish the existence of a medical impairment, we affirm the denial of the benefits.
