    Weight training for triathlon from 1st time half man

    Bought this book to help with my first iron man. As first edition this is a great book. Excellent scientific research and conclusions, very good photos and workouts. Will be coming back to it often as I start using a gym or buying my own set up. Good plans for starter to advanced user. Should help me save time, effort and energy following the right plan straight off.

    What would turn this book from a great book into a bible for weight traing for tri would be the full use of iBooks Author. As with many books this has been taken from normal book to ebook, which is fine. However if this ebook had, in the first instance, hyper links between the exercise program and pictures - plus a more detailed explanation of what the exercise was focused on and the beneficial outcome, that would make it excellent.

    In the second instance if swipable pictures and videos were added with the above there would be no need for any other books on weight training for triatholon.

    I know these things are easy to say, and as an author I know very time consumming to achieve. But in this books case I just think it would ad to what is already a great book.
