Publisher Description
After the devastating events at Zodiac Academy, we have to deal with this darker world we're faced with. Lionel seeks to hurt us, the nymphs seek to hurt the entire fae race, and between all of it, we just have to try and survive each day as it comes. I'm afraid of everything falling apart, but it looks like it already has.
Customer Reviews
Horrible narration -great story
The narration is horrible. There are so many better choices. I love the storyline but the narration almost ruins it.
Extremely disappointing narration
Narration: -10 out of 5 stars
Book: 5/5
The 5-Star rating is singularly for the amazing book and plot!
***
From the bottom of my heart so very sorry to actually write this down, but this honestly was one of the most disappointing audiobook experiences I’ve ever encountered. While the book itself is so full of emotions and supposed to have deeply engaging narrative, that impact is completely and utterly lost due to the extremely monotonous delivery from both narrators. Their lack of vocal variation and emotional depth made it impossible to connect with the story. Unfortunately, due to my current living circumstances, I’m unable to read physical or digital copies, so I was left entirely dependent on the audio version. I genuinely regret that I couldn’t experience the book as it was likely intended.
