Publisher Description

A woman possesses the power to inflame the most dangerous passions of all in this Sisters of the Heart novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Christine Feehan.

On the shores of Sea Haven, six women touched by great loss have come together in a sisterhood strengthened by the elements—a bond each will need as new love and danger enter their lives...

Flame-haired Lissa Piner is a skilled glass blower whose delicate gift conceals a burning inner strength that can destroy as exquisitely as it can create. Commissioned to design chandeliers for a string of luxury hotels, her remarkable skills have taken her to Italy. But Lissa’s real mission there is a secret. For her entire life has been a lie, leading to a chance to avenge a terrible wrong.

Enlisted as her bodyguard is Casmir Prakenskii, a trained assassin living off the grid. In Lissa, he sees a kindred spirit—something unexpected and wicked, mysterious and sensual. But more than desire is about to bring them together: because both of their pasts cry out for revenge. And for two people with this many secrets, this much passion, and this many enemies, someone is bound to get burned.

Fire Bound

I love all of your Sisters of the Heart Books. I enjoy all of your series and wait for eagerly for all of your books to come out. To those reviews claiming too much sex is in your books they can by Harlequin Books instead. I am looking forward right now for the next Torpedo Ink book!

No magic, boring story

If you liked the first book in this series (Lev and Rikki) this is about as opposite as you can get.
This seemed to have more action than the other books but somehow ended up being really boring. The psychic gift part was completely gone, like hey we zapped, angst, and over it. The sex scenes were, I don’t even know...I mean I can skip stuff that’s just not my deal, but given the wider context it was icky. Like trying to introduce s&m but not in a good way at all. Lots of ridiculous imagery and stuff that had me rolling my eyes and skipping ahead. I wanted to like Casimir, he seemed like he should be interesting but as the book went on he just got blah and it came off that he really was a dominating jerk that Lissa just gave up being able to make her own decisions with.
It just was so different from the other books.

Air Bound

This had a better story then the last couple of books. Still has too much nasty sexual activity.
The sex is to vulgar.
