The Appointed Time: The Mystery of God's Seasons, Timing and Purposes

What if the season you thought was a delay was actually preparation? What if the wilderness was not a place of abandonment, but a place of formation? What if the closed door was not rejection, but protection? What if the promise has not failed—its appointed time simply has not yet arrived? The Appointed Time takes you into the biblical mystery of God's seasons, timing and purposes. Through the lives of Joseph, David, Moses, Abraham, Esther, Elijah and others, this book reveals a powerful pattern throughout Scripture: God often gives the promise before the fulfilment, the calling before the platform, and the vision before the appointed moment. There is a season to plant. A season to wait. A season to prepare. A season to endure.  A season to arise. And a season when God says, "Now." But recognising the appointed time requires discernment. Many people become discouraged because they cannot see what God is doing in the waiting. Others become so accustomed to waiting that when the door finally opens, they fail to recognise that the season has changed. The Appointed Time challenges you to understand that every season carries a purpose and every season requires a different response. You will discover how God can use hidden seasons to develop character, how waiting can strengthen faith, how preparation can precede sudden manifestation, and why attempting to force a promise before its time can produce consequences God never intended.
