A New York Times Bestseller
From #1 New York Times bestselling author Julia Quinn comes the story of Gregory Bridgerton, in the final installment of her beloved Regency romance novels featuring the charming, powerful Bridgerton family, now a series created by Shondaland for Netflix.
GREGORY’S STORY
Unlike most men of his acquaintance, Gregory Bridgerton is a true romantic who believes in true love. And he is convinced that when he finds the woman of his dreams, he will know in an instant that she is the one. And that is exactly what happened. Except ...
She wasn’t the one. In fact, the ravishing Miss Hermione Watson is in love with another. But her best friend, the ever-practical Lady Lucinda Abernathy, wants to save Hermione from a disastrous alliance, so she offers to help Gregory win her over. But in the process of playing matchmaker, Lucy falls in love. With Gregory! Except ...
Lucy is engaged. And her uncle is not inclined to let her back out of the betrothal, even once Gregory comes to his senses and realizes that it is Lucy, with her sharp wit and sunny smile, who makes his heart sing. And now, on the way to the wedding, Gregory must risk everything to ensure that when it comes time to kiss the bride, he is the only man standing at the altar …
APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
A young man who’s desperate to fall in love may finally get his wish in this swoon-worthy read from Julia Quinn. Gregory Bridgerton is dead-set on marrying for love. So when he meets the beautiful Hermione Watson, he more or less decides right then that she’s the one…even though Hermione’s totally not interested, and he actually has better chemistry with her BFF, Lucy Abernathy. The romantic game of musical chairs that follows is a sweet, yearning delight. We loved watching Gregory and Lucy slowly develop the warmth of trust, friendship, and yes, budding romance, all while she’s supposed to be helping him win over Hermione. Between the two friends sorting out their feelings and Gregory finding a way to intercede in Lucy’s arranged marriage, the suspense of the story’s climax had our hearts near bursting. If you’re new to the Bridgerton series, you won’t regret starting it here.

On the way to the wedding
Quinn has a wonderful way of putting together words. I found myself reading obscure passages to my husband, and he agreed she is a consummate wordsmith. And the story is a fun read; highly recommended.
Bridgerton - On the Way to the Wedding
One of my favorites in the Bridgerton series. It doesn’t move too fast. The action is a bit MORE than we get in the other books. A different feel in a good way, but all the things we love about the Bridgertons is still contained. Loved it!
Soooo Good!
I didn’t think the Bridgerton stories could get any better - but I was wrong. Happily, I was wrong.
