Ok
I like this book even though it was too long, but I am glad I finished it.
Couldn’t finish
What a horrible woman. Bossy and nasty. The book is way too long and the way they talk bad about people. I know it was the way then but doesn’t mean I want to read it for pleasure.
Excellent
I believe I read this book long ago as much was familiar to me, the characters, the setting, and the war between Texans and Mexico. It was just as good the second time. It’s well written and I heartily recommend it
