Publisher Description
Three sexy cowboys find their lives upended in surprising ways in this sweet and sexy new trilogy of feel-good contemporary westerns from Kate Pearce, New York Times bestselling author of the beloved Morgantown series.
In this fun and sexy new series debut from New York Times bestselling author Kate Pearce, a real cowboy doesn’t back down from a challenge—even when an unexpected arrival shakes up his world . . .
When an old military buddy turns up at the ranch he shares with two friends, Noah Harding never imagines the friend will skip out overnight and leave his baby boy behind. Noah will have some choice parenting advice to offer when the baby’s mother turns up, but until then, he’ll do his best to take care of the little one. Yet when a relieved Jen finally tracks down her son, Noah realizes the story is more complicated than he thought. And soon, so are his feelings for Jen . . .
Jen Rossi doesn’t expect much from her unreliable ex, but she’s shocked to return from an extended mission and discover he’s abandoned their son with three men she doesn’t know. Not that Noah isn’t doing a good job as fill-in daddy. In fact, there seems to be very little the straight-talking cowboy can’t do. And with a winter storm settling in, and close quarters making it impossible to deny their chemistry, this temporary solution might just become the key to forever . . .
PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
Bestseller Pearce (Romancing the Rancher) launches a new series with a cute contemporary romance inspired by Three Men and a Baby. Marine Jen Rossi relies on her flaky ex-boyfriend Dave to take care of their one-year-old son, Sky, while she is away on active duty. But when Jen is delayed in her return, she learns that an impatient Dave abandoned Sky on a ranch in the Redwoods with military buddies she's never met. When she goes to retrieve him, she winds up stranded with the three marines-turned-cowboys, including handsome but taciturn Noah, who has bonded with Sky and is initially judgmental about Jen's parenting. Jen is attracted to Noah but refuses to make another romantic mistake, while Noah lusts after Jen but grew up with the responsibility for a large family and wants to avoid entanglements. They agree on a no-strings-attached fling, but that's not all that either really wants, and it will take all the cowboys together to work out a satisfying conclusion. Disillusioned Jen makes a refreshing heroine, but readers will need a high tolerance for grouchiness to understand Jen's choice in men (especially as there are two other equally strapping cowboys right there). Still, the domestic comedy and steamy sex scenes set this apart. Cowboy romance fans will be charmed.

Three Cowboys and a Baby
I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
What a fantastic start to a new series!!! I adored "Three Men and a Baby" and this book fell right in line with the movie as to be enchanting.
Dave a former Marine team mate visits three of his friends with his young son. The next day Dave has flown the coop leaving young Sky behind. Dave didn't leave a very good impression of the baby's mama with the three cowboys (especially Noah!) Really what kind of a woman leaves her infant for months at a time?
Jen arrives in San Diego and basically spends weeks criss-crossing the country trying to track down her ex and her baby! Fortunately Jen is able to track down Dave (who is now in Africa) and told where he left Sky. She arrives in town as the worst storm in a long time hits. She walks 4 miles in the snow to get to her son only to have a man greet her with a rifle pointed at her head!
Jen and Noah really shoot sparks off of each other. Can Noah look past Jen's absence in the little one's life? What kind of job does Jen have that she has to leave her young son? Can Jen and Noah survive the storm to come together as a couple? What about Jen's job where she travels all the time? Those questions and more come up in this tale. Plus the reveal as to the unusual name of Sky and his middle name for the baby (which was funny and made my kinda groan as well!)
This is a sexy read. I can't wait to see who is next in line for the second book in this series!
Love the movie! Love the book!
Love the movie, love the book. Loser, self centered dad, frantic mother, 3 handsome ex-Marines Cowboys and 1 adorable baby. Dave visits his old buddies from his days as a Marine, but is antsy to start his new job. Co-parenting with Jen isn’t easy and his mom decides to live her own life and not watch Sky all the time. So he skips out on his friends and leaves Sky behind. Luke, Noah and Max can’t believe Dave just up a left Sky with no warning, but that is Dave, totally irresponsible!
Jen was delayed on her ship, so she is late to take over the care of Sky. When she doesn’t find Sky at Dave’s mom place in San Diego, she hops a bus to Florida where his mom has a place. Never one to answer her phone Jen has no choice. Now she is frantic when she finds out that Dave has Sky and isn’t in Florida. Finally she finds her son and is treated like she is the worst mother by Noah. Being exhausted and late Luke invites her to spend the night, but by morning the weather turns and they are snowed in at a very isolated ranch.
The characters are very well developed, each having their own quirks. Looking forward to reading what the next cowboy will get himself into. Thank you NetGalley for this eARC. I am voluntarily posting an honest review after reading an Advance Reader Copy of this story. #NetGalley #ThreeCowboysandaBaby
