Life changing
This book, for me, is a revelation.
Boring
Not a great book. The presenter also spoke way too slowly and it came across as too dramatic. I lost interest by the third chapter.
Good "beginner's" book
This is the first book I read about attachment style or mental health and I actually bought a physical copy. I stumbled upon this book when I was extremely heartbroken and just wanted to feel better about myself but I didn't know how.
The most important thing this book gave me was hope. It has great general beginning to end explanations about attachment issues. The author was charismatic, I almost felt like she personally helped me through those times and I was not alone. I remember this book being my safe place and reading it brought me a sense of reassurance during difficult times.
I have and will continually recommend this book to people who think themselves as lost or confused. This book will definitely guid you to start the beginning of a beautiful journey.
