Read this twice
A great book. Outlines good practices for setting and maintaining boundaries within all relationships. No roses and fluff, just real talk regarding what it takes to be powerful in relationships, dealing with emotions.

The truth talk in the book is unreal! The passion, the truth bombs!! Such a good listen. I will be listening to it on repeat.
