Interesting & informative
A little too focused on a 'corporate meeting situation' rather than all types of daily interactions. I think if everyday examples were incorporated it would make the skills easier to relate to. Isn't that key to making something habitual?
I'm now aware of the conversational mistakes I make but having a hard time implementing them. Perhaps another reason to be unsure and insecure while speaking? Only time will tell if it works..
The price is right, the authors voice is captivating, and the entire book is packed with logic! All in all, it's worth it.
