Wow- a must

I have used the principles of Ilana’s 2B mindset as a way to lose 100 lbs over the past 14 months. I am not a Beachbody coach and only follow her on Instagram. This book is so amazing and will make a difference for those with years of toxic eating habits. I love her perspective on emotional eating and how to develop a healthy view of eating.
