AFTERBURNER Full Throttle includes the AFTERBURNER Pullup Progression Program (AB-P3).
AB-P3 is a remarkably flexible, focused and effective path to developing pullups. AB-P3 uses an initial baseline test to determine a starting Stage for your training. After the test, based on your results, you'll follow the prescribed stage until you achieve the benchmark standard to move to the next stage. There are a total of 15 potential stages to follow, with each stage consisting of 3 workouts.
