Jeff has been locked up in solitary confinement for nearly five years when the warden offers him an opportunity to reduce his sentence by joining crews that are repairing the country's energy grid, which has been rupturing and blowing up buildings and people, the unexpected and unfortunate result of changing the nation's fuel.
