Publisher Description

I joined the team at Jameson Force Security three months ago and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Leaving behind the Marine Corps together, my dog Omega and I made the cross-country trek to Pittsburgh for an exciting new career. Now I get to spend my days doing dangerous missions with my team and Omega gets to spend his days relaxing, unless there are explosives to be sniffed, and then he’s all paws on deck.

When Omega—who I affectionately refer to as Bubba—snacks on something he most definitely shouldn’t have, an emergency trip to the vet introduces me to Abigail Blackburn. She’s a little quirky, a lot smart, and completely captivating. She also has a penchant for trouble and when Abby makes it her own personal mission to expose the puppy mill industry, she finds herself mixed up with unsavory characters who aren’t happy with her efforts to cut into their profits.

This seedy underbelly is a dangerous place, particularly for a well-intentioned, yet somewhat naïve, small-town vet. What began as peaceful protests outside of local pet stores has escalated into something that threatens Abby’s safety, and I refuse to sit by and watch her get hurt. Somehow this raven-haired beauty has gotten under my skin, and I don’t hesitate to call in my teammates at Jameson to help keep her safe.

Now I find myself trying to balance my need to protect Abby while helping her successfully complete her mission, but also redirecting her focus long enough to show her that I’ve completely fallen for her. One thing is certain—this is going to be my toughest assignment yet.

4.5stars-emotional & heart breaking

4.5 stars— CODE NAME: OMEGA is the tenth instalment in Sawyer Bennett’s contemporary, adult JAMESON FORCE SECURITY erotic, romantic suspense series focusing on the men and women who work for Jameson Force Security. This is twenty-seven year old veterinarian Dr. Abigail ‘Abby’ Blackburn, and former US Marine Kellen McCord’s story line. CODE NAME: OMEGA can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

WARNING: Due to the nature of the story line premise including animal cruelty and abuse, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers

Told from dual first person perspectives (Abby and Kellen) CODE NAME: OMEGA follows the building romance and relationship between twenty-seven year old veterinarian Dr. Abigail ‘Abby’ Blackburn, and former US Marine Kellen McCord. Upon his return from his latest assignment for Jameson Force Security, newest security specialist and former S Marine Kellen McCord finds himself in need of an emergency veterinarian visit when his beloved dog Bubba aka Omega, a retired military dog, refuses to eat. Meeting local veterinarian Dr. Abigail Blackburn stirs something deep within our story line hero, and is reinforced when he discovers our heroine is placing herself in danger trying to save hundreds of dogs from a local puppy mill but all does not go according to plan when Abby Blackburn finds herself the target of one very angry man, a man who is willing to go to any lengths to keep Abby away from his farm. As Abby battles between head and heart with the horrific condition of the puppies and dogs, Kellen pulls in the team at Jameson Force Security to begin an investigation of their own, an investigation that reveals plenty of criminal activity not on the local radar. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Abby and Kellen, and the potential fall-out as Abby’s need to save the dogs, places her in the direct line of fire.

Meanwhile, Abby Blackburn is struggling with past, a past mired in grief and guilt, and with it, the struggle to return home to her family and twin. With the help of our story line hero, Abby is willing to face the family she believes has rejected and pushed her beyond her limits.

The relationship between Abby and Kellen is one of immediate attraction but Kellen is coming off of a disastrous relationship, and doesn’t think he is ready for anything else.Abby is not willing to sit back and wait for Kellen to make a move, a move that Abby is ready and willing to make on her own. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters, many of whom have life altering events in the current time line: from engagements to wedding, pregnancies and babies, the team at Jameson Force Security is setting down roots, living their lives as they want to be. We are introduced to Abby’s large extended family: her twin sister Katherine, as well as her brothers Ethan, Trey and Wade, and their parents Fiona and Thomas. Here’s hoping the author has plans for Abby’s brothers and sister.

CODE NAME: OMEGA is a story of family and relationships, forgiveness and acceptance, understanding and love. The fast paced, sometimes heart breaking premise is emotional and captivating; the romance is seductive and steamy; the characters are determined, energetic and dynamic.

“𝑴𝒚 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑰 𝒎𝒆𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖.”

CODE NAME: OMEGA by Sawyer Bennett is the tenth book in the Jameson Force Security series and is Kellen and Abby's story.

Kellen and Omega (aka Bubba) joined Jameson Force when they both retired from the military. Kellen meets Abby when he has to take Bubba to the vet for an emergency appointment. As Kellen finds out Abby is in trouble, he will stop at nothing to protect her.

Kellen and Abby's story is nonstop excitement with plenty of banter, passion, suspense that keeps you engaged, and adorable doggies. Kellen and Abby burn up the pages while Bubba and Princess bring the doggie cuteness and shenanigans.

A great ending to a great series. Although this was different from the other Jameson Force Security books, the series was wrapped up perfectly with cameos from the whole Jameson Force family.

Joe Arden and Callie Dalton both did amazing jobs bringing Kellan, Abby and the story to life. I enjoyed my first experience with Callie Dalton as a narrator.

4.5 Maple Leafs for CODE NAME: OMEGA which contains mf, military, instant attraction, veterinarian, romantic suspense, found family, and dual first-person point of view.

“I’m new to Jameson and she’s new to me, and yet, they’re considering us both part of the Jameson family. And family takes care of each other.”

We are back in the Jameson Security world.kellen and Bubba is a. Great addition to the team.
Kellenand Abby had great chemistry from they first met. Kellen a gentleman at the core; yet caveman when needed. Abby strong, independent, but is also able to show her vulnerability. I enjoyed how they calm each other. It was also great catching up with the other Jameson team.
