Exploring Climate (Teacher Edition‪)‬

The Teacher Edition of Exploring Climate contains additional information and instructional suggestions to the content in the student book Exploring Climate. This content is found throughout the book in popup widgets titled Teacher Edition. Examples of this can be seen in four of the five screenshots. Additionally, the teacher edition contains valuable data for lesson plans and IEPs. In the beginning of each chapter a chart lists the reading levels for each section, estimated reading times for slow and fast readers, and the length of all videos and animations in each section. This data will help teachers plan how long students will need to engage with the content as well as make individual adjustments based on a student reading abilities. The fifth screen shot shows this data summarized for each chapter. Each of these teacher resources were formatted so the science content in both the teacher edition and student edition remained identical page for page.
