An emotional roller-coaster ride that I’m still recovering from
Right now, I’m trying very desperately to figure out how the heck to explain what I just read without giving away the best parts… which would be pretty much the whole book. I could call it a sweet second chance romance but that doesn’t even begin to cover the heartbreak it put me through. I could say that there’s a deep underlying message of love, hope, and forgiveness, but that would negate the frustration I felt with these characters and how badly I wanted to beat Leslie and Justin’s heads together on multiple occasions. I think it’s safe to say that this book took me on an emotional roller-coaster ride that I’m still recovering from.
