Jillian Nejat talks a lot about men in her dating advice column, but she finds it much harder to speak to them in real life. That starts to change when she discovers that Daniel, the hot, sex-obsessed former tenant of her new apartment, is still living there…as a ghost. Daniel becomes Jillian’s dating coach, tutoring her in the art of flirting and giving a thumbs up or down to potential boyfriends. As the spark between these two characters grows, we found ourselves rooting for them to give into their supernatural, sensual connection. (Ummm, Daniel can’t eat real food as a ghost but he can still taste it through Jillian.) This sweet, spooky tale is a treat.

Ready's twisty plot keeps readers guessing how this couple could possibly reach a happy ending. Meanwhile, a first-rate cast of supporting characters—especially cranky psychic Zelda Vertuse and Jillian's bestie, Serena—add charm. Ashley Poston fans will want to check this out.
