Green Pastures

The seventh novel in the Journey Home Civil War novel series, GREEN PASTURES finds Gideon Taylor returning to Knoxville, Tennessee, where he served as a Federal surgeon during the last years of the war. Finding the experience more positive than expected, when he returns to Braxton Springs, he has to tangle again with the Bunch brothers. Finally he journeys to Cincinnati where he finds a number of pleasant surprises awaiting him as he experiences some "green pastures" in his life.
