Jolene Zarkades has dedicated her life to two things: her family and her career as a helicopter pilot in the National Guard. Her 12-year marriage to Michael, however, is crumbling. A defense attorney, Michael has thrown himself into his work to cope with the death of his father and his feelings of distance from Jolene. Amazing!
Homefront was easily one of the best books that I have ever read. I was quickly sucked into the book, the outside world went silent. It was such an inspirational story and I felt so connected to Jolene, Michael, Betsy, Lulu, everyone. I laughed, I cried, I smiled, it was overwhelming and beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing such gift with the world and creating such an amazing book!
