For decades, sensational inventions emerged from the mysterious Prairie Crocus Patent Corporation (PCPC) of Canada that in the least caused the consumption of fossil fuels to drop dramatically. Though rumours of an alien source were rampant PCPC’s air tight security had thwarted the curious at each turn until a writer happened to meet Wally in a Honduran bar. Wally hired Gene to write his biography and furnished insider information to buttress his outlandish claims.
