Captivating and engaging

This is realtor and businessman and single father Caleb Kane and intern at Dare PR Stevie Palmer’s story line. Caleb and Stevie were introduced in JUST ONE MORE MOMENT (Sterling Family 1).
Told from dual first person perspectives (Stevie and Caleb) JUST A LITTLE CRUSH follows building but fake relationship between realtor and businessman and single father Caleb Kane and intern at Dare PR Stevie Palmer. Caleb Kane is in the middle of a nasty divorce and custody battle, but when his wife threatens his relationship with his son, Caleb approaches Stevie for a fake relationship, two months together to get custody of his son but Caleb’s past is determined to destroy Stevie’s life, and Stevie’s sister’s ex Mark Branson, refuses to let go. As Stevie and Caleb embark on their adventure, their relationships quickly turns into something more.
The world building focuses on Caleb’s fight for custody of his son in the wake of his ex’s need to destroy his life. While Stevie and her sister Valerie continue to focus on their lives going forward, Valerie’s past takes aim at our story line heroine.
The relationship between Caleb and Stevie is one of mutual attraction but Caleb is struggling for custody with his ex, and her refuses to pull Stevie into the mess that is now his life. Stevie is determined to help Caleb for the next several months, and in doing so, loses her heart to our story line hero. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters are energetic and dynamic: Caleb’s sisters Raven and Cara; his Son Owen, and ex Alyssa, as well as Caleb’s business partner Beck Daniels; Stevie’s sister Valerie, and Valerie’s ex Mark, and his father Grant Branson; as well as several characters crossing over from the authors’ Dare, Kingston and Sterling family series.
