amazing!
I haven't seen anything else like this. Great pictures.
Good to see such a high quality ibook on sprint kayak racing.
Wow - Inspiring!
I had a rough year training with an injury and I was going to leave the sport. A good friend and fellow paddler told me about this - wow! Really to the point, key training tips, and pure motivation! I tweaked my stroke with some tips from the book, and decreased my 1000m time significantly. Would recommend to novice and more advanced paddlers. Thanks Lindsy! :)
Frankly speaking
This was pretty darn amazing. I have been kayaking for about 5 years now and haven't seen anything like this for sprint racing before. I loved the little quizzes, it was like I was in school again.
I can't wait to next paddling season woot woot! Go Canada!!!
