Making a Deal

When young single HVAC installer learns about his company's contract to put in new units goes under, he decided to take the units as his to sell on the side. Will is a twenty one year old self motivated worker living in the south doing installations for his company and then he and his boss take back the company's air-conditioning units for a housing development that went bankrupt.

With a side business of doing lawn care, Will keeps himself busy and is well off for other people his age, but is lacking a girl-friend and intimacy. He then finds Paige who is in need of an air conditioner and is living a single mother life in a house that needs work. With the summer heat in the South coming, Will then makes a deal with Paige in return for sexual favors. Knowing that she is in need of a man to get her life back in order, Will takes it upon himself to deal with Paige's problems while he gets the sex and possible child from her.
