Family Secrets

Josh Childs aunt passed away and now he just inherited her house and rental properties in rural Georgia. He moves down South to start a job teaching when he discovers that an old childhood playmate is now renting from him. He is not one to care about race as he finds himself dating a black girl who was once a childhood playmate and who also rents from him. Josh then is told about the secrets his family holds while dealing with a relationship that burns hot.
