I really enjoyed this book, it was a fun easy read. I’m planning on finishing the series
Awful
This story was so awful I couldn’t even finish it (I forced myself to read 80% of it before it was too much). I think I rolled my eyes no less than twice per chapter. Here is why I hated it:
1) Chase and Gemma’s relationship is so shallow. It’s like the only thing they do is stare into each other’s eyes. I kept waiting for them to finally have a full conversation… they never really do.
2) Chase is an “ alpha” which I guess just means that he is incredibly controlling and selfish. He does whatever wants, takes whatever he wants and then complains about how hard his life is. He literally stalks her and all her friends just thinks it’s dreamy..???? Concerning.
3) The writing was repetitive and often dropped in these frilly phrases that just made reading this feel like an uphill battle.
Overall I was not a fan. I can see and appreciate that the author did try to give the characters some depth with their hurts and fears, but I felt like it fell flat.

Not You It’s Me
What an absolutely delightful story! It has everything a reader wants, romance, comedy, some thrills and suspense, perfect tall, dark and handsome hero, BFF’s, all wrapped up in HEA. Once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. Highly recommend this well written book. Can’t wait to read more by this author.👍👍👍
