After traveling from state to state frivolously blowing his money, actor West Cooper finds himself back in Los Angeles facing a mountain of debt. With nowhere to turn and no real job prospects, he begrudgingly takes a position as a telemarketer. Every day he climbs off his sweat-stained mattress and trudges into work and into a sea of sociopaths, parolees and high school dropouts. As each week passes, he gets sucked further and further into the telemarketing sales cult. There may be no turning back. But perhaps something more powerful than money will help West untangle himself from the grips of telemarketing doom.
