A string of construction accidents plague Vancouver. Deaths have occurred. Robert Lui doesn't do accidents, but as he finds out more, tentacles reach out, and not friendly ones.

Robert Lui had his doubts, but made a couple of changes, one professional and one personal, to make life safer for him and those closest to him.
