Puss in Boots, or the Master Cat is a classic fairy tale known all over the world. In France, Charles Perrault's version is the most famous. This edition, in english, is illustrated by Jean Claverie. The translation is from Robert Samber.

First published in english with a text adapted by Kurt Baumann, in 1982, it has been out of print for decades.
