I couldn't put this book down! It was almost like it was two different love stories ... but not. First when Jared and Eva were young and then years after they were separated. I didn't like Jared in the first book ... he definitely had the rockstar lifestyle down pat and was a jerk to everyone. But this book explained how he grew up and I came to really like him. Jared and Eva were so in love when they were teenagers and would do anythng to be together. My heart broke for them because circumstances beyond their control caused them to be separated for years.

This is a great series and I can't wait for the next book!

Jared was a foster kid trying to stay clean and peruse his love of music. Eva was the sweet innocent girl next door that no matter how hard Jared tried to push her away she would never quit on believing in him. Their friendship grew and bloomed into love. Days before Jared's eighteenth birthday their lives and love were ripped from them in the blink of an eye. Thirteen years later, to the shock of both Jared and Eva, they find out that neither died like they were led to believe.

Reverb is an emotionally raw rollercoaster ride that had me happy, angry, sad and full of hope. Jared and Eva's road to their HEA is very bumpy and nothing short of a miracle. Even after everything that they have endured through the accident and all of the deceit and betrayal, their chemistry and love is as strong as a magnet to metal. The only issue that I had with the book was I felt that the teenage years part seemed to drag and felt like it just kept repeating. I am looking forward to more from the Trojan bandmates.
