4.25stars-RUTHLESS REIGN is the first full-length instalment in Aleatha Romig’s contemporary, adult ROYAL REFLECTIONS romantic suspense series focusing on Princess Lucille, and the crown prince of Molave.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Lucille and the Crown Prince) RUTHLESS REIGN focuses on the Royal family of Molave, and the spiral for power and control.Lucille is an American princess, a pawn in a much larger battle for jurisdiction and assets, and as such is slow to realize that all is not as it appears to be. Her husband, the Crown prince of Molave is mostly absent, and the man to whom she was married, is no longer the man she believes him to be. The arrival of Oliver Honeswell refocuses Lucille’s attention, and brings with it the revelation of secrets, intrigue, obsession and control. As Lucille and Oliver’s relationship becomes something more, our couple will discover they are chess pieces, to be played and captured.

Ruthless Reign
At first I was upset with the story and immediately wanted to retire the book but I gave into Ms Romig’s
written words and became involved with the characters. I couldn’t let go and must keep reading to explore the intriguing world of yet another dark romance that will evolve and uncover the mysterious, complicated events presented from the mind of Aleatha Romig. I’m sure impressed with this author. Her dark world is full of complicated suspense.
