Secret Baby Billionaire
Publisher Description
Devon is a shy kid who turns out well, though the contacts and the gym body don't really cover up his shyness, or his brain.
Hunter is the most popular girl in school, a cheerleader dating the quarterback. A stereotype, who isn't really happy.
Together one night, their whole lives will change, if they can find their way back to each other.

Well-written but ridiculous
The writing is solid, with well-written dialogue and good use of description to convey emotions and scene. One significant benefit the writing has going for it is that it has a storyline and not just a series of sex scenes strung together by a few bits of drama, which I appreciated.
However, the ridiculousness of the character’s responses to circumstances negates any benefit of the writing (who with any common sense moves in with virtual strangers when they treat you poorly and put you in an awkward position with giving them way too much power in you and your child’s life when you have an obvious and stated option to move in with your best friend? Who doesn’t know that any court would demand a paternity test in a custody suit through lawyers which would not involve you having to see them or chase them or any risk of violence…especially when you’ve already claimed domestic violence? There were many other examples…). So many times the character’s responses and lack of logic frustrated and detracted from an otherwise decent story.
