Publisher Description
Waking up hungover in the sheep pen is the least of my problems.
The worst? A foreclosure notice for my family farm.
Scratch that. The actual worst is the woman delivering the news: my ex, who broke my heart and left me behind for the big city.
I've spent a decade trying to forget Lia Thorne, and now she's the only one who can help my family dig ourselves out from our crushing debt and even stronger egos.
I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. And if I go along with Lia's new-fangled scheme, maybe I can win back more than my finances …
Just as long as my meddling grandma and her spoiled sheep don't interfere.
Since You've Bean Gone kicks off the Farm 2 Forking crop of laugh out loud romantic comedies set on Bedd Fellows Farm.
Dig into this swoony, unputdownable second-chance romance by USA Today bestselling author Lainey Davis and buckle up for an un-baa-lievable ride.

What a fun new multi-author series, by my fave authors!
I have loved every Lainey Davis book I’ve ever picked up, but this one is extra-special - it’s the first in a new, multi-author series by my faves! The Farm 2 Forking series has my top favorites plus a couple new ones I’ve been meaning to read forever.
Book 1, Since You’ve Bean Gone, focuses on one of the Bedd siblings, Ethan, as they trying to figure out finances after their grandfather passed. His ex is the one from the financial company that grandad took all the loans out from, and so Lia is back in her small town for the first time since she disappeared on her high school sweetheart, breaking his heart.
Lia is trying to help the family, who treated her like one of them when she was a teen, save the soybean farm from foreclosure. She left for the big city and medical intervention once she graduated, and never looked back. She finally got a diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease, and even with her new doctor boyfriend treating her, the flare-ups are awful and she can’t go far from a bathroom.
As Lia and Ethan are forced to work closely together to figure out ways to get the farm solvent again, they find their way back to a friendship - and something a bit more. There’s also a very cute sheep, Baabara Streisand.
I really enjoyed this close proximity, second chance high school sweethearts romance while they had to save the farm, and work through Crohn’s flare-ups. Having real life experiences like this make books more realistic and enjoyable. Thank you Lainey and Home Cooked Books PR for the advance copy - I definitely recommend this to all! Lainey Davis is a great author!
Looking forward to book 2 by Liz Alden (one of the new authors I’ve been meaning to read forever)!
