Connecticut Cop
The book was enjoyable but a little scattered,for me.
The suspense part did work well , the family not so much. Missing groom and father of the bride acting strange . The cop was kind of strange, handcuffing her and telling her about his infatuation in high school?
The whole story was related to High School
I enjoy this series but this one fall short, for me.

It was a fun story
It was a fun story. A little bit locked room, a little bit second chance. And I particularly loved that it stars an ‘older’ woman with a younger man as the leading couple. However, the police procedural details got a jaded side-eye from me because I didn’t find them to be very realistic. If you can suspend your disbelief and immerse yourself wholly in the romance between Austin and Penny, you’ll find an enjoyable read.
