A quick read with a little bit of angst and a lot of drama
This was a quick read with a little bit of angst and a lot of drama. Kendall’s just received the shock of her life, but it may not end there when her car breaks down in the middle of the desert. Broody loner, Thom, has declared that he won’t be anybody’s rescuer, but it seems like fate has something else in mind when he’s the one to find Kendall and her broken down car. I wasn’t entirely a fan of Thom’s surliness in the beginning. And Kendall drove me a little bananas when she took away the wrong message when Thom revealed his big secret. But she got there eventually, and I loved the ending to this book.
