TALL, DARK AND TEMPTING is the third instalment in Erika Wilde’s contemporary, adult TALL, DARK AND SEXY erotic, romances series. This is app developer Dylan Stone, and primary school teacher Serena Fields’ story line. TALL, DARK AND TEMPTING can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
Told from dual third person perspectives (Dylan and Serena) TALL, DARK AND TEMPTING focuses on the friends to lovers relationship between app developer Dylan Stone, and primary school teacher Serena Fields. Dylan and Serena have been life-long best friends but something has changed between them recently, something that stirs deep inside our story line hero. Having watched Serena struggle in the world of on-line dating, Dylan sets out to develops a ‘boyfriend app’ in the hopes of helping the woman that has always called to his heart but a call to which Dylan is completely unaware. What ensues is the on-going but deteriorating friendship between Dylan and Serena, and the fall-out as Dylan is unable to commit beyond their friendship as Serena wants a happily ever after, a fairy-tale and more.
The relationship between Serena and Dylan is a friends to lovers relationship, a relationship wherein Serena’s love for Dylan goes unanswered and unknown. Dylan is oblivious to his best friend’s attraction and want of our story line hero, an attraction that Dylan struggles to return.
