This book is a great conclusion to The Power of One. However, the editing is brutal - spelling mistakes and grammatical errors that detract from the read. I really do enjoy Bryce Courtenay's books.
Thank you!

Tandia was awesome

Courtenay is a great story teller. I was completely immersed in it. Some the scenes he described were so vivid I felt I was there smelling the flowers or the Forrest or prison cell. And the plot, of course, was fantastic. This book is the sequel to The Power of One. You absolutely must read that first to be Albee to follow the storyline.

Absolutely amazing book. Although not officially a sequel to The Power of One, it is preferable if you read it first. Bryce Courtenay is an excellent story teller. A very powerful story and at times gruesome but overall, an excellent read.
