The End of Food

Studies show that every year the amount of noxious and toxic contaminants in our food supply rises while the actual nutritional content decreases. This book is based on hard scientific research, most of which has been conducted outside of the U.S., where food lobbies have fought hard against this research as consumer food corporations seek to increase profits by virtually any means necessary. His is not an argument against unhealthy, processed food; rather, it exposes the problems with all foods, including fruits and vegetables that people commonly assume are “healthy.”



Palwick does not simply sound an alarm bell. His mission is to raise consumer awareness so that individuals will no longer buy foods that are produced for highest profit rather than for nutritional content.
