This is a very very good book. I, the president of M, recommend this book.
Who doesn't love Ellen?
I love Ellen so much, in fact, through the magic of the Internet and tv, I've seen a lot of her stand up. And that was my problem with this book. A LOT of it is straight from her comedy routines. If you're reasonably familiar with Ellen's performances, this book is like reading a transcript or even her own notes for her bits. I was a little disappointed that I'd heard 99% of everything in this book, but it still made me giggle here and there.
