The most honest book about entrepreneurship
I really enjoyed reading this book. There are many different titles on entrepreneurship and management. This book is by far the most honest description of the realities of running a start up. As the titles literally suggests, the book is not trying to be prescriptive and it is more an attempt to tell a story. It prepares you for the reality of the challenges ahead.
I now know everything... or nothing at all
The most important lesson from this book is that there will be extremely difficult times when young CEOs have no idea what they're doing or what to do next. This book doesn't give answers, but rather informs us that we are not alone, and gives us a framework for thinking about and dealing with these difficulties. Thanks Ben!
