Perfection
This story was perfection from beginning to end. And I love that the magic of the holidays served as a backdrop for the magic of what makes two people right for each other. Initially, I thought, how will Alexis do this? It’s impossible. Who would ever dare to hope to get something so precious back again? But it happens. You’re convinced. Love the wacky cast of characters on this wacky island too - they completely peak in this last tale. Just read it.

This story is sweet and funny and spicy, but it’s also deeply emotional. I didn’t full out ugly-cry watching Jack and Berlin navigate breaking up and making up, but there were more than a few tears shed. Other than stressing how moving I found this book, I’m not sure what else I can say that doesn’t give away the couple of fun twists the author throws in. I have gone and fallen deeply in love with this pair of characters and I hate that their story is over already and I have to let them go.
