When There Is Life
I just finished this book and I loved it. I can understand and relate to a lot of the feelings the main character, Autumn had, since it has been 66 days since I lost my best friend. Everyone grieves in a different way but we all can gain hope and recovery from remembering our loved ones.
Heartbreakingly beautiful
Great book! This story was so wonderful. Sad and heartbreaking, but beautifully written. To go through such a loss through the eyes of the main character was beyond moving. However, sometimes the actions of the main character were cringeworthy, but it’s all real world problems. Who knows how to react in such heartbreak and loss. I hope I never have to go through anything like it. Beautiful book. It was a great read!
Heartbreaking and beautiful
I loved this story. It was a bit sad at at times, but overall a beautiful story, and much Like "Skinny Me" the characters just felt so very real and human, but in this case I identified much more with the main character, and despite her flaws, found her quite likable. I love that the characters in Charlene's books are never one-dimensional, since real people are never one-dimensional. I would highly recommend this book. Reader beware, it's a hard one to put down! I couldn't stop thinking about the characters, so I had to finish it ASAP!
