Neese v. State Medical Society Wisconsin

This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court which set aside the findings and reversed an order of the industrial commission. The order of the commission dismissed an application for benefits under the Workmens Compensation Act. The action involves the so-called traveling mans statute.
