Beschreibung des Verlags
Appellant Michael Sean Vann appeals from his conviction and eight-year sentence for evading arrest and detention with a vehicle. In three points, appellant argues that the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the verdict and that the trial court erred by sustaining the States objection to voir dire questions regarding whether potential jurors automatically disbelieved a convicted felon. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
